Astore: Another young talent from Gilgit Baltistan have made it possible to be part of national cricket at under 16 level in future. Wazir Muhammad Sikandar have been selected in under 16 cricket team of Islamabad region. He has been very good at fast bowling department so far. This is the field of his interest as cricketer. He belongs to district Astore GB. He is O-level student in a college here in Islamabad. He has become the second cricketer from the region so far after Inyat Ali Balti.He belongs to Chunda Valley of district Skardu Baltistan. Inayat Ali was included for the first time at national level under 16 cricket team from Gilgit-Baltistan. He is a wicket keeper batsman. He has represented & played for Pakistan at international level. Inayat Ali had performed well during Pak's under 16 tour of Australia. People from different field of life appreciated & congratulated the two young cricketers of Gilgit Baltistan. People consider it as a good sign .They were proud of these young boys. People were of the view that this step will help to find & bring further talents from the region. They are hopeful for their further success.
