LUMS National Outreach Programme (NOP) Centre team started its outreach from Gilgit where their representative visited Government Boys Degree College, Aga Khan Higher Secondary College for Boys and Elysian Science College in Gilgit and reached out to around 190 students.
The NOP team representative visited Hunza City to spread the NOP outreach to Government Girls Degree College, Aga Khan Higher Secondary College for Girls and some public school and colleges where approximately 225 students were given information about LUMS National Outreach Programme and how to apply for it.
Moreover, Skardu, Gahkoch and Sherkilla were other cities that were also visited by the NOP representative and more than 500 students were given information about the scholarship.
Students took a keen interest in knowing what courses and facilities are offered by LUMS to its students. Question and answer sessions were also carried out after every outreach presentation.
